First

My first CrossFit WOD in my own gym.

10 Overhead Squat 30kg
25 DU
=> 9:52

DU getting slower, OHS getting weaker. But I finally managed to WOD at AlphaFit. Starting to feel more complete. Can't wait for squat stand and box jumps to come in! Get ready Rob and Jenn.

wootz! Finally you started writing again... Missed stalking you here! ;-p

I am shock too with the drastic decrease in strength and stamina during my first WOD in AlphaFit! But I am sure this is temporary....

Its just the beginning... to more WODs! :)
