Ego-Induced Training - Starting off with a 60kg Snatch as warmup just because someone else was doing 42 Snatch at 67% of your warmup Snatch in a WOD? Slow, bad form and everything bad in between. Including landing the bar on your eyebrow leading to swollen eye and blood clot. Smart? No. Admitting its the ego? Of course not.

First of all I wasn't doing snatches. If I was, it would be 40kg tops cause I can't get the form at all. But its ok not to notice.
We both know I do start of 60kg for power and hang snatches time and time again. I also do it for hang cleans and power cleans. Not the smartest thing but I do it often.
If this was the first time I did it then you can shoot me down for jealousy all you want. But on that occassion wasn't because of your other someone that I was doing that weight.
It's ok not to care, I can blend into the background. It's totally fine. I love you anyways.
Publically though, I can admit I am a tad bit left out cause you want to train with everyone else. And you have trained with everyone else except me at your new gym. Yes, its my stupid feeling. You don't have to care about it. You don't even have to acknowledge it. It shouldn't be even spoken cause you have other things to worry about. You do have a business to run. I'm sorry.

Ahah. yes, that wod was together. a sudden last minute thing. While with everyone else you plan and ask days ahead. Like I said, its how I felt. It's not necessarily true or right. And like I said, you didn't need to bother. And if you noticed, I went back to.normal immediately after. And I have been going about normally
