(aimed for 12rpm but certain minutes managed a lowest of 8 - if i didn't lose count!)
4mins 16kg Long Cycle @ 10rpm
(managed 10rpm but thought it was too fast)
If I am going to be competing in long cycle, I have to change training program. Somehow the biathlon seems more appealing. After tomorrow, it will be all out training. Need to catch up !!!
