Have you set any goals to reach and how long, like Lifts, Skills, monostructural timings?
Yes I have written my SMART goals down and at a place where i can see it everyday. Putting it on here is too much of a pressure.
One of it is to get better at all 10 fitness domains in order to attend L1 soon . Also something someone said (Are you fit enough to wear that t-shirt) makes me realised maybe i am not ready yet....
I also need to toughen up in the mental domain.
If you dont mind, can you pm me your goals and lets how we can work towards that. Will you ever be fit enough??? Ask 2009 and 2010 Games champion and I am sure the sentiments will be the same. No CFer will ever claim they are fit enough. Getting better at the 10 general skills is a given and it is also a by product of developing skills, strength + met cond
