(Planned for easy kettlebell lifting but right shoulder/rhomboids/forearm not feeling right. Soo much for 4 days rest and coming back stronger... How disappointing. Nevertheless, quite pleased with Snatch, need more practice though and those bloody MU! 1 month from today, is first day of Level 1.... Nervous.)
