Deadlift+Squats & Swim

Deadlift 70kg
Squats
=> 9:39 (Many rest in between and felt VERY slow. )

Freestyle Swim practice = 20 mins

I want to get stronger and faster. Wonder what happened ...

Deadlift 70kg AND Squats 70kg? wooh!

I deadlift 70kg but Squat is just Air Squats. I am not that strong... yet. Although I know the time taken make it seems like I was lifting and squatting 70kg! My legs felt like a ton!
