CLean & Jerk 40kg x 3 x 6
Back Squat 70kg x 5 x 5
Dips 20 x 3

2030 (Neural Charge with Sulaiman)

Chose weights heavy enough for fast and explosive movements
Back Squats - 60kg x 3 x 3
Plyo Pushups - 5 x 3
