16kg Long Cycle 10 L / 10 R x 2

(Afternoon 2-3pm)
KB Supplementary Exercise (Advised by David)
BB Dip/Launch (Partial Squat with 2 Dips-imitating Jerk motion) 20kg x 30 x 3
Back Extension 30 x 3
BB Close Grip Bench Press 20kg x 20 x 3

120kg Sled Pull - Along length of KBHit x 3

*Note: Bring footpod to measure distance.
Been a long time I did high reps, more than 20reps. Oh My God. Burn Burn everywhere burning feeling. Rested and then attempted the 120kg Sled Pull. Slippery due to sand, slipped a few times but its worth it once i get the momentum going. Could not move the BRICKWALL sled when i reversed it and planned to push it like a prowler. Bummer!
I am proud of Jenn's 20kg KB Jerk. Not perfect but with proper technique you can do anything! Screw her doctor!
