I am surprised I am not as sore as I thought I would be, after the 3 high reps exercises yesterday. I could feel my back and traps but my calves are the worst thanks to the cramp I had after the sleds yesterday. The remnant feeling is still there. Rolled. Rolling. Still rolling.
