4mins 20kg Clean @ 8rpm

4mins 16kg Jerk @ 10rpm
20kg Jerk 10L/10R

ME Week 3
Primary:
Deadlift 70kg x 1, 80kg x 1 , 85kg x 1
Stiff legged DL 30kg x 15 x  2
Lower Back Ext 10kg x 15 x 2

Okay, Chris Mason program Week 3 was supposed to be last week. I screwed up. Did the Lower body Day and was sore in the right hamstrings till today. I can finally reach my toes yesterday. And last week, I totally skipped the upper body day.
SO I restarted week 3 this week. Next week, time to change exercise.
Training was a bit*h today. Felt so lethargic, bloated, crappy but I just kept going with lotsa break in between. Don't reprimand me. I know I know. This year Hari Raya I kinda blew it. I felt horrible. Oh well, back on track today after 2 days feasting.
