Training @ SGTitans

Ah Hui's Circuit 1
10L/10R Swings 8/10/12/16/20kg KB
10L/10R Clean 8/10/12/16/20kg KB
10L/10R Long Cycle 8/10/12/16/20kg KB
=> 300 reps total

10 tyre flips (180kg) = approx 2mins.
Feeling oh so slow and takes a LONNGG time to recover in between reps.

Ah Hui's Crazy Circuit 2 (Again)
Tyre flips (approx 7-8) to half netball court,
Sledgehammer 10 reps each side (didn't check weight)
Tyre Flips back to origin (approx 7-8),
Log Walk 20kg each side (approx 2 rds x 30m to and fro).

Kettlebells - Technique Practice
3 sets of 12kg Snatch : 1min L / 1min R / 1min Rest (Total 9mins)
3 sets of 16kg Jerk : 1min L / 1min R / 1min Rest (Total 9 mins)

I felt like I did not do much work today, but as I wrote this post and looked back.... OMG Ah Hui, you're crazy tonight! I was extremely breathless during the flips, absolute loss of strength as well as grip failure during the Snatch on 16kg so had to downgrade to 12kg. I turned deaf ears as he screamed at me not to change to a lighter bell. Had a good supper, chicken tikka and beef steak at indian shop with the Titans and overall a good day. Got back to a quiet house. Aaah bliss.
