Summary since last Saturday.
Sat - Deadlift + Box Jumps. Slight sore in ITB and hams.
Sun - Rest. Post-Box-BBQ Recovery.
Mon - Rest. Stretch and Roll.
Tues - Rest.
Wed - Box WOD: DeadLift + Clap Pushups + Box Jumps. Very sore.
Thurs - Rest. F#%king tired.
Fri - Rest.
Sat(Today)- Practice Double Unders, Handstand. 1hr boxing with Asri.
What a lousy week.
Rejuvenate. Refocus. Reset.
From tomorrow. Fallen but picked myself up. I AM BACK!
