Pause at The Bottom???? Just curious, Whats the main purpose cause isn't it counter prodcutive to most athletic movements eg running, punching, kicking, striking etc that requires stretch reflex (eg Box Squats, KBS, Plyo Jumps).
When I was shown the squat, I thought oh well, why not. Constantly varied. Most importantly was we kept everything tight at the bottom. But I especially wanna get better at the box squat. On top of that, Something that I am doing recently is making me better at alot of exercises. I hope it stays around for long. Thank you.
I haven't really seen any articles or read ups on the pause squat findings. Do you have any links?
